What is coaching?
Coaching is an interviewing technique which helps people to grow and develop.
You are what you think! Why do we often think negative thoughts instead of focusing on the positive? We can actually affect what we think by choosing how we think. Obviously we need a little bit of practice and some small reminders.
Coaching means that we together set goals for your needs and desires.
I give you guidance and inspiration so that you feel comfortable in your daily life. By thinking in a new positive way you will change and improve your chances to get to where you want to be!
To be able to set goals in life, it is important that you know what you want to achieve. What makes you happy and how you want to feel. Your goal can be to achieve a harder workout routine, a new diet, or better sleeping habits, achieve a dream weight, lifestyle change, or more motivation, change a stressful living pattern or to have more energy.
Coaching means that you yourself are active in the conversation and working toward the change that you want to achieve. The responsibility for your development lies with you.
During coaching, different issues and tools are used, so that you can be able to create new perspectives and thought patterns.
A coach does not give any expert advice or serve ready-made solutions to the problems, but spurs their client to solve the problem by finding their own solutions.
Coaching is therefore not the same as counseling or therapy.
What can you expect from coaching?
To get help to structure your thoughts and goals and help to create the action needed to get you there. I will be your sounding board that puts you first and at the same time help you to develop in the best possible way and at the pace that suits you.
- The meetings will be made through personal meetings, by telephone or via Skype.
- Throughout the coaching period you will also be able to contact me by telephone, SMS and e-mail.
- As a coach, I have an obligation to client coach confidentiality.
